Worship comes in many forms; singing, giving, serving or lending a helping hand can all be considered worship if done in the right spirit.
Jennifer Leithead leads our worship department. Her desire is to lead us into the presence of the King of kings and Lord of lords. There is freedom in our worship and we allow the Holy Spirit to lead in whatever way He so desires, be it quiet contemplative worship or joyous singing and dancing. Above all, we strive to worship in spirit and in truth.
After the worship and before the message begins, the children are invited to Children’s Church. We desire to lead our children into a deeper and more meaningful relationship with God. We see the younger members of our church as a vital part of the congregation. Jesus Himself affirmed this concept in scripture, when he said “I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” and “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” (Matthew 19:14 and Matthew 18:3)
